Surroundings felt a bit unsafe during my stay.

absolutely couldn’t have been more disappointed. not only was there only a ghastly tiny bar soap at the sink, but the area around the hotel seemed unsafe as well! i would’ve thought that a little liquid hand soap would be a basic necessity for travelers, and yet, no upgrade or welcoming gift was offered! what a shame!

I loved my stay in the King Suite with Sofa Bed. The layout gave a lot of breathing room, which felt cozy. The fridge and microwave were handy for late-night snacks. The front desk staff, especially Erica, made my check-in seamless and welcoming. The two TVs in the room were a hit, especially for family downtime. I had fun at the pool with separate towels provided for swimming. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the quality was right on point. However, a minor detail bothered me, only bar soap was available at the sink instead of liquid hand soap, so I had to grab some nearby. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, and I spotted some unsavory activity outside, which made me uneasy. Just something to keep in mind if you're traveling alone. No major issues during my stay, but the neighborhood could use some improvement for that extra peace of mind.

The Springhill Suites By Marriott Dallas Nw Highway At Stemmons / I-35East was welcoming and impeccably clean, with spacious rooms that provided plenty of room for ease of movement. The staff were attentive and quickly responded to all my needs during my stay.

The king suite with sofa bed was super spacious with a private bathroom, microwave, and fridge. Loved the air conditioning and cable channels. They even have a fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool to chill out. Erica at the front desk was awesome, super helpful, and the evening social hour had wings and drinks! Perfect for my group trip!
